• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time, but soon enough.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Merchandise Care Instructions

  Swimsuits and other beachwear such as cover ups are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature. Many of the swimsuits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the swimsuits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear and other beachwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry.

• Exchange Policy

  Indicate what items you are returning, as well as what items you would like in exchange by providing item number and description If you are choosing to receive a store credit, please indicate as well (see below for store credit).

  Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
  
  Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. We do charge $5.99 for return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed or exchanged.

  If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
